Hi Saurav, Not sure if you're using ereviewboard<https://github.com/rombert/ereviewboard>or not, but the label is used to add a friendly name, like 'Company Reviews'. More details can be found at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_User_Guide#Task_Repositories .
