Hi Ruben

This definitely sounds like a configuration issue on the server. I don't
know what's going on though. Seems very strange. I've honestly never seen
this before with anyone running Review Board. Do you know what other changes
have been made to the Apache configuration? And is there any chance a proxy
server may be involved?
