Hi Tom, So generally, mixing and matching Fedora packages and easy_installed packages will cause breakages. I *think* in your case that it never actually installed a new Review Board package through easy_install, due to something going wrong on your server. Or maybe an HTTP proxy got in the way. Hard to say.
Did you run the exact commands shown in that error? After, did you restart Apache?
