Hi, Since Review Board is not supported on Windows anymore, there may be issues with installing 2.0 on Windows.
What you can do is: 1) Dump the database on Windows. (If using MySQL, you'll also want to edit the dump and change all references of MyISAM to InnoDB, or you'll hit errors when you go to upgrade.) 2) Copy over the site directory to the new server. 3) Restore the database on the new server. 4) Install Review Board 2.0. 5) Run 'rb-site upgrade' on the site directory. It should take your 1.6.13 database and upgrade it to 2.0. Now that said, you *will* hit problems with the 2.0 RCs and a 1.6.13 database right now. We're putting out a new 2.0 RC 3 (should be today) that fixes these problems.
