Hi John, The RBTools for Windows installer depends on a distribution of Python called PortablePython. This was never updated to a modern Python 2.x release, which is why this flag didn't work. In fact, they're no longer maintaining PortablePython, so we're looking at alternatives. The next release of RBTools may have to continue using the same build of Python, but this is something I'm intending to fix in the future.
