Resolved this issue by installing pycrypto2.6.
Now the site is up but not displayed properly, so checking the Apache error
log.

First thing to check is the reviewboard.log file and see if there's any
information there that points to the problem.
The Apache error log may also be useful.

I've installed Review Board 1.7 Beta1 in production environment on Apache.
But it is showing "Review Board is taking a nap"
message when I access.
Please tell what's the wrong with this setup?
