Hi, This is unfortunately not an issue we can be of too much help with. This is a local configuration issue, and not something related to Review Board.
It sounds like what's happened is that you have a SSL certificate created for that server, and it's been given a CommonName of XX-dmz-vm20....com, but Apache isn't serving up Review Board under that name. The browser must access that server under the CommonName for the certificate to be properly verified, and the server must be set to serve up Review Board under that same name.
