Figured this out. Looks like mysql has started completely when apache
tries to start. I have restart mysql and apache manually. Still odd to
me. But searching works now. Thanks.

Thank you Anton for the help. I did try to set either "disable" and
"permissive" SELinux. In both cases, Apache came back but reviewboard.
Fortunately I can restore the VM snapshot to make reviewboard work
again.

Is SELinux enabled? PyLucene and SELinux don't get along. Set SELinux
to permissive and see if search works, if it does you can either leave
