I have 2 instances of Review Board up and running on my site like this. Yes, it's just a matter of getting Apache configured properly.
Putting the following in your config should do the trick, depending on the rest of your setup.. SetEnv HTTPS 1 SSLEngine on SSLCertificateFile /path/to/cert/file.crt SSLCertificateKeyFile /path/to/cert/key.key SSLProtocol all SSLCipherSuite HIGH:MEDIUM Note that the above setup is for self-signed certs, not to be used for anything world-facing.
