How would this look? I'm not against the idea, but I'm also not completely sure it's the right way to go, given that the use case you guys need it for is different from how most people use Review Board. The dashboard is meant to be a place for review requests you should be paying attention to, and in the typical use of Discarded, most people would never want to see that information (aside from discarded review requests they own, which is already available to them in the My Requests part of the dashboard).
I'd like to get input from other people on the mailing list about whether this is a useful feature to have.
