Hi,

What you have would probably work fine. The database can grow large, but not
overly so.

To give you an idea, at VMware we have over 2,000 users on Review Board with
over 84,000 review requests. This is running on a VM hosted on ESX with 4GB
of RAM and 40GB for data storage (of which most is used for backup). 8GB of
that is currently going to our DB (which, again, has over 84,000 review
requests and a very large number of diffs). 4GB of that is going to uploaded
screenshots.

For only 60 people, I think you'll be fine on a box with 2GB. More RAM is
always better, but it should handle you guys for a while.
