Hi Daryl,

Someone else pointed out the recommendation confusion just the other
day. We recommend mod_wsgi. It'll be fixed in the next release.

Subdirectory installs *should* work. Some people have hit issues, but
I believe it's more dependent on their setup. I'm going to test this
more thoroughly before the release, and see what we can do about
generating setups that better work alongside other sites in the same
domain.
