I'd love to do that. Before beta 1, I'm moving post-review to an rbtools
package, which will be easy_installable. For now, it's just going to be
post-review, but I hope to use that as a breeding ground for new utility
apps and ideally a common API.

I have an old branch where I started work on the API but I haven't had the
time necessary to draft a good, clean API for this. That can wait, though, I
suppose. Getting post-review out into its own installable thing is the first
step.

I'm going to get to this in one or two more weeks (after finishing up the
current projects I'm doing for beta 1), unless you or someone else wants to
work on it before then.
