Deleting things via the admin interface isn't really an intended case. It's
much better to use "Close > Delete Permanently" from the review request
page, which will go through our code and be able to keep everything
consistent.

You can fix up the dashboard counts by running:
rb-site manage /path/to/site fixreviewcounts
