The "All Review Requests" page (/r/) shows everything, including closed
review requests. If you add the "My Comments" column, you should then be
able to visually filter out which ones you commented on.

On large servers with lots of users, this isn't a great solution. In the
next major release, your user page (/u/username/) will have a tab for
"Reviews" that will have links to each of the code reviews that you've
published.
