Hi Sam, We don't have support for -I on ClearCase.
ClearCase is largely community-supported, so we accept patches from those who need improvements to the support. What version of RBTools are you running? The UnicodeDecodeErrors are generally a sign of a core bug in RBTools. We've fixed all the ones that have been reported to us thus far. Would you be able to also provide the output with --debug?
