I would like to notify that the behavior of the Reviewboard, specially when
extensions are used is very 'strange' when Apache server is in MPM worker
mode instead of MPM Prefork.

We've been using prefork without any problems for years. That seems to be
the common setup.
I saw your other e-mail but haven't had time to dive into it yet. Pretty
swamped this week.
