i'm new to reviewboard. i'm finding it tedious to create users. is there
a way i can do it in a script? i already know about createsuperuser. that
is what keeps coming up when i do google searches on this question. but i
want to create ordinary users.

Usually people will register on their own. Why do you need to create their
accounts?
If you use LDAP or ActiveDirectory, they'll get entries when they go to log
in.
