You really don't want to use SQLite. This is only intended for development,
and will not support a real user base of any size.
If you do use SQLite, the directory containing the database needs to be
writable by www-data.

got the following database error (using sqlite3) :
Updating database. This may take a while.
The log output below, including warnings and errors,
can be ignored unless upgrade fails.
