You should also take care of the SVN repository path, or use IP address to
take place of the dns name, etc.
Try more times using admin account or user account, you may get pass :)
I do encounter such issue, just try more times by google suggestion, it
pass at last.

You may input the wrong path. Are you able to https from browser? What
