When you say you set the Review Board URL, do you mean in the General Settings
page?
I remember someone else having this issue. It's possible this is something that
was fixed, but I don't remember it being something we had to patch.

We're running Reviewboard 1.5.5 behind Apache httpd and recently
enabled SSL and put in the relevant rewrites. Unfortunately despite
having set the Reviewboard URL to start with https:// and setting the
