I just setup 2.0.15 on Fedora 21 using sqlite (to play around with writing some API integrations for other tools) and am seeing errors that the db is readonly. I've confirmed the db folder/file are owned and writable by the same user as the httpd server. [justin@playground ~]$ ps faux | grep ht
