As a new member of the list let me introduce myself.
My name is Leonid Solovyov. I am a researcher at the
Institute of Chemistry and Chemical Technology
of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Current activities:
Determination and refinement of the crystal structures
of inorganic and metalloorganic compounds (mainly palladium
and platinum complex salts) using the powder diffraction technique;
Powder data generation for the ICDD database;
Diffraction investigations of the microporous and mesoporous
materials;
Methodological development and computer programming.
Special interest:
Anisotropic line broadening caused by microstructural
properties such as particle shape, microstrain, stacking faults,
three-dimentional defects and etc.
