From ICSD (look for Moissanite, there are 41 entries):

A review of the structure of silicon carbide

GomesdeMesquita,AH. (1967) Acta Crystallogr 23 610-617

I am looking for a structure for chlorartinite Mg2(OH)ClCO3!3H2O if available

Chlorartinite Mg2(OH)ClCO3(H2O)3 is the chloride analog of artinite
Mg2(OH)2CO3(H2O)3, which is listed in ICSD http://barns.ill.fr/dif/icsd
even if chlorartinite itself is not.

I guess it may be some super-structure, with one OH replaced by Cl, and you
might be able to guess a model by comparing unit cells on this basis.
Otherwise if you have the powder pattern I am sure that Armel will be able
to solve it given this information :-)
