you accidently usec the name rep/particpants.xml instead of rep/
participants.xml. Just add the i and your app will run.

I can't find any immediate things that stand out. Could you please
email a zipped version of your WEB-INF dir (without the RIFE jar)?
That makes it easy to try out what you did.
If you want to have a working version to play around with, try RIFE/
Jumpstart. It passes the 10 minutes
