Hi there, I am not original requestor, but I think it could be helpful for someone when you can see Probe from your router/switch via LLDP. I don't see any purpose of collecting LLDP informations by probe itself. Only configuration related thing could be whether to enable (Y/N) and use also CDR/

Hi Pekka, It is not clear what you want out of LLDP. RIPE Atlas probes should minimize the amount of data they collect about the local network. So most of LLDP seems irrelevant to probes. There is also something about VLANs. But I prefer to keep probes on untagged ethernets. Network configuration
