Not officially. There are ways to open up the probe and reflash it
without losing key material, but it is very tricky.
Better to send the old one back and ask for a new one.

If it does this without the USB stick then it is very likely that the
probe is bricked. That can happen
I know all of those things. The pattern I am seeing is not documented. Do you
need a video?
Power light comes on, then ALL of the other lights blink on simultaneously for
a second, off for two seconds, and all on again. The power is the only one
solid the whole time. I've never seen it before.

The chance that is bricked is very low so there is no need for such
hardcore methods :)
