The only thing I would like to do, is to see schedule codes in some kind of
list-view.
My system is running on Rivendell 2.1.0. And something version-independent,
like a web tool seemed to come to mind.
Currently, you have to search the song, you have to open the cart, open the
schedule code,
A few years ago I started on web interface with the intention of creating a
scheduling system for our studios, but alas time became my enemy and I
abandoned the project.
With regards to songs without codes however, I have a sql script that runs
on a cron job, that provides a list of any songs
Not sure when this was implemented, as I am on 2.9.3
see if you can tag multiple songs in rdlibrary, then hit edit...you can
then mass edit those songs to the same scheduler code
that should help a bit, anyway

Hi,
I think the real question being asked is - Is there a Web-based version
of the Rivendell tools?
Or for a more advanced search. I like the simple search, but sometimes

Folks,
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to post problems with a beta
version of RD, but I don't know where else to do so.
I have installed the beta version of Broadcast Appliance 3 (based on CentOS

Howdy Folks:
FYI, I had a chance to discuss FOSS and Rivendell with Kirk Harnack on his
‘This Week in Radio Technology’ podcast yesterday. You can find the episode at:

Sweet! It's about time! :) I've been listening to and loving TWiRT for a
few years now, and always wished they'd mention Rivendell. Well they've
started talking about Rivendell from time to time for the last few months
since Kirk installed a couple Rivendell systems at his stations.

Are you saying that

Yes, there’s a reason that I’m not a TV actor… :)

I'm about half-way through the interview right now. Great to see some
airtime spent on Rivendell!!! And hear more about the project directly from
it's creator. Kick ass!

So long as you have the schema for the SQL logs database it should be
pretty easy. That code just executes simple select queries.
