A few things to look at: -For the client, make sure it has a static IP, and be sure you have added the client in rdadmin --> Hosts -If you are running a standard onboard (or otherwise) sound card - using ALSA - have you set up the card in /etc/asound.conf on the client? You can use

I've been following this thread online http://caspian.paravelsystems.com/pipermail/rivendell-dev/2016-July/024729.html but I'm having trouble getting the client machine to actually play any audio. Everything else works fine, it can access the mysql server and can get into rdadmin but no audio
