I investigated the problem a little further.
When I open the Rules for ANY clock, it show the value of OR_AFTER
also for OR_AFTER_II
While in the database it is correct.
if I wish to alter it (by clicking the rule), the value for
OR_AFTER_II is NOT displayed
If I save it (hitting OK

I have put the wrong user right for the video, should work now.
As you can see at 00:18, in the list view, it says 00s 3 times .. if I
open the detailed view, the last 00s is gone.

Back in 2013 I had a problem with the sheduler codes in the clockrules.
Where they jumped up a row, each time I saved.

This got solved by making new scheduler codes WITHOUT underscore sign,
which corrupted my database.
