Would it make sense to have this simply follow the setting for 
RDLogEdit? Or does it need its own setting?

That won’t have any effect in RDLogManager, as the default transition type for 
drag-and-drop events is currently hard-coded to ‘Segue’.

I quickly tried it.  First I had to change my import from "none" to 
something else.


I chose "music".


Then I confirmed that "first-cart" was set to Play and "imported carts 
have a ___ transition" was also set to Play.



I dragged a cart to the pre-import window and it is still "Segue".

I'm not surprised.  But I wanted to report back that it didn't work.
