XmlMessages.sh is a different thing, but there is a Messages.sh file anyway
isn´t there?

This is not super awesome since it adds a build dependency on the tar command
(afaics cmake doesn't invoke tar itself), i'm not saying not to accept this
patch (i don't have much say in rkward development), but maybe you could go to
the cmake issue tracker
