Today I have asked some KDE people from Fedora to help fixing the build
of rkward on the development version of Fedora. Rex Dieter had a look at
the issue and came up with the attached patch.
The reason is that kde-4.5+ uses an external docbook-4.2 dtd, and some
apps still use docbook 4.1
