We've fixed enough heinous bugs over the last couple of days to justify a
7.61 release, so I went ahead and did it. This was worth doing even if 762
comes right behind it.

Not this version. That's going to be one of the new features of Citadel in
2009. First we've got to finish what we've already started.
two things... 1. can we get a make upgrade option when installing on top
of an existing build to be consistant w/ the citadel build process? I know
there isn't much in there that wouldn't be safely overwriten, but consistancy
is good.

You may want to consider using MMM instead of mm, Euro/US differances could
be confusing w/ dd / mm combinations where both are less then 12. Dealing w/
mm/dd/yy (US) and dd/mm/yy (Canada/Euro) formats drives me up the wall! I
much perfer ddMMMyy (military format)
