This patch implements decoding of Quoted-Printable encoded calendar/address data - messages that have the 'Content-Transfer-Encoding: Quoted-Printable' header from MSG2 output. I'm not sure how such messages come into being, but at least this patch ensures they are properly decoded in DAV requests before being sent to the client.
