I want to add the json message templates (which are right now just intended
to use webcit as mail middleware for ruby apps)
and I want to send an aide message if curl fails with notifying...
so, no big deal, I'm satisfied with the rest.

This was the only thing that was really bugging me before we could release
7.60. Are there any glaring problems that need addressing, or can we get
the release process going now?
