I agree it's desirable as a basic sort of utility for the doc formats it 
supports, so nothing should disallow it. I'm just pointing out that getting it 
to target ROS doesn't appear to be easy enough they will still want to support 
older systems, as Win API compiles, with Win 11 possibly looking to target 64 
bit only given the failures to build using VS19. This could be bug in VS19 too, 
I don't know.

with current VS2019 config, it appears, before it is a candidate for ROS to 
support as part of the rosapp collection. While some support for mingw builds

And anyway, for them to support reactos, would be to support older windows
versions. Then it's reactos's job to support *it*.
