OpenSUSE-12.2/64 & PhenomII box Version 11.11.42-51.20 showed plugins in the lists but didn't do anything with them & clicking edit on any of them in Studio>Manage-Synth-Plugins had no effect (I did wait). So I just installed 12.04 from source tarball after telling it to look for the Qt mater
