The code in question is in "AlsaDriver::handleTransportCCs()". Right now we honor the standard CCs that are handled by ProTools. Play is 117, Record is 118. https://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=381063 If you can shift your LaunchKey to ProTools mode, you should be good to go. Ted.
