Got the changes committed, but I wouldn't normally accept a modified
.cpp file as a user submission. Working with them is a huge pain in the
ass. Please submit future contributions as patches.

Thanks. For now just commit the attached Csound Export.cpp. That really
improves usability from my point of view.
I'll try to figure out how to do something about the ties as time permits.
