I knocked together a segment and some notes using the percussion matrix, and tried adjusting the velocity in various ways, using both the ruler and the velocity adjustment tool. Nothing seems to be misbehaving that I can see, so I wonder how you managed to experience this. I have no doubt that you did, but it isn't very repeatable. I'm testing with SVN, not 11.02, but it doesn't look like any work has been done that would affect this one way or the other. -- D.
