FWIW, I have a COPR available for F28 and Rawhide with zchunk-enabled
dnf/libdnf and the supporting libraries.

Obviously, you'll need a zchunk-enabled repository to test it.

After a moment of thought, I think this is something I'll take a look
into doing. I have a decent idea of where all the various documents on
rpm-md are, and maybe I can pull them together into a unified
repository.

Actually, I think we should have an rpm-md repository in
rpm-software-management that hosts those. That would give us also the
ability to have dedicated publishing space for documentation,
specification, etc.
