See issue #510 for how to deal with rpmbuild running in chroot's without
networking: the AMQP (or other message queue) broker fdno can be opened by
rpmbuild before doing chroot(2) exactly like what is done with multiple fdnos
in use by Berkeley DB with rpm --root.
