Well, the doc is talking all about sysusers.d, which is (today) only
implemented by systemd...
I coincidentally recently did https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/2914
which updates the ostree equivalent of this section, and intentionally talked
about `DynamicUser=yes` there because it entir
It may be better where applicable but I'm not sure this belongs to rpm
reference manual whose job is to document available *rpm* features.
