Any chance this commit can be backported to current Fedora branches?
`rpm.addSign` and `rpm.delSign` in the python extension are completely broken
without it (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1393659).

I've changed it to `\d+\.\d` so we don't get a Python Y2K equivalent. :)
