At least some of the perl packages in that output have been retired in
Fedora, e.g.
* perl-HTML-Tidy
* perl-Math-Pari
* perl-Crypt-Random

There are a lot of dependency problems in rawhide after a large update
a few days ago. I'm attaching the list in case anyone is interested in
pursuing them at this early date.
