This happen sometime when the regen-repo task failed for some reason.
You need to wait for another regen-repo task to succeed, then resubmit your
job.

- Include "BSD and Boost" licenses.
- '-I/usr/include/boost_1_54_0' flag is a nonsense;
please, remove it or change the path.
