Adding:
EnvironmentFile=-/run/v4l2-relayd
to the .service file is a good idea / nice way to fix this, I like. Lets go for
that solution.

Thank you for reviewing.
Discussed with kwizart, it is not appropriate to put a symbolic link in /etc.
I would like to insert one line to the v4l2-relayd.service like this
