The only way the package is acceptable to me is.
1: Don't include the server jar file.
2: Build the jar file during the build process.

It could be 1-2 months before ffmpeg-4.3 release is final, it might be better
to do it as an update after fedora GA.
The f33 rebuild was easy, no breakages apart from this.
The task failed due to a repo isuue, I regenerated the repo and
resubmitted the failed build.
