bootable, and accessible from each other, for a period of time.

Looks like it was pushed to the 15th.
I have used 'dnf system-upgrade', to upgrade several times, and it's
gone smoothly: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DNF_system_upgrade
I don't think you have to do anything regarding RPM Fusion. it just works.
